Our engagements

In order to minimize the environmental impact of each purchase, Dressologie has chosen not to set up a centralized logistics platform, which would result in increasing the distances traveled by your parcels as well as packaging materials.

Thus, the items ordered on Dressologie are directly shipped to you by partner brands in their original packaging.

Because a good purchase is a purchase that we do not want or need to return, Dressologie and its partner brands do their utmost to support you in your choices and provide you with all the information necessary so that you can select the products that will enchant you, in the size that suits you.

In case of doubt, the Dressologie team is at your disposal to provide you with all the details you need: contact us at relationsclientele@dressologie.com and we will answer your questions.

Help us act for more responsible fashion by carefully considering each purchase and thus minimizing returns.

Shipping and return conditions

As the products are sold and shipped directly by our partner brands, their conditions (country of delivery, prices, deadlines, etc.) apply for each item purchased on Dressologie.

Please note that purchases sent outside the European Union will be subject tu usual custom duties, at the expense of the customer. 

Below is the detail of each brand policy.

 

9 A.M. IN PARIS

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

2 to 3 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.

Prices:

- Deliveries in France: € 8, in Europe excluding France: € 12, in the rest of the world: € 24.

Returns:

Exchanges and returns are free and must be carried out within 14 days of receipt of the package.

The customer contacts Dressologie customer service (relationsclientele@dressologie.com) or the 9 am in Paris brand directly via the contact form of the 9aminparis.com e-shop to indicate his wish to return / exchange the item.

The 9am in Paris brand sends him a return slip by email.

Only unworn products, with labels and original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted.

 

ACQUA BAZAAR

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

3 days to one week depending on the destination

 

Prices:

- Free deliveries in France, 12€ abroad.

Returns:

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return your purchase for exchange or refund if it does not suit you.

Exchanges and returns are free.

Only unworn products, with labels and original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted.

  

BALADINE JOAILLERIE

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

2 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

 

Prices:

- Free delivery in France, €15 abroad.   

Returns:

In accordance with the legislation, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal by sending a return request at the address: contact@baladine-joaillerie.com mentioning in the subject line of the e-mail “Withdrawal” or “Request for reimbursement” or any other unambiguous term expressing the Customer's desire to withdraw.

The Customer will send the product by post, within the same 14-day period, postmarked as proof, to the address of the head office hosting the company of the BALADINE brand:

The Customer must keep proof of shipment of the product.

Once the product is returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging (packaging, accessories, instructions, purchase invoice, etc.) and complete, the customer will be refunded the total amount of the product. Only the price of the product(s) purchased is refunded (excluding, for example, any shipping costs).

Damaged or incomplete Products are not taken back and do not give rise to a refund. BALADINE products must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging. Jewelry must not have been worn under any circumstances.

All returns will be subject by BALADINE to rigorous Quality Control to ensure that the returned products meet quality requirements.

 

Bérangère V.

Deliveries:

Product manufacturing 4 weeks and then shipping

- Europe: 3-5 business days

Prices: 

From € 12.47 to € 36.84 depending on the weight of the package and the country of destination.

Returns:

You have 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to return your purchase for exchange or refund.

(1) The costs and risks associated with returning the products are the responsibility of the customer. BERANGERE V. will not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of loss, theft, mishandling or damage to return packages.

(2) Before any return, you must contact and inform BERANGERE V. of the return by email to sav@berangerev.com within 72 hours of receipt of the package in order to receive the details of the return procedure.

(3) Returned items are unused, unchanged, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached;

(4) Returned items are in their original packaging (box and opaque delivery envelope);

(5) Returned items are sent in one package. If the original packaging is too damaged, you can use your own reinforced packaging.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in the returned item (s) being considered inconsistent with our return policy and will not be refunded.

If the return is made under the conditions mentioned above, BERANGERE V. will reimburse any amount already invoiced upon receipt of the items.

 

BLANLAC

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

- Europe: 2-7 working days

- International: 5-20 working days

Prices:

- European Union: free delivery

- Outside the European Union: 20 €

Returns:

Return within 14 days from the delivery date;

(1) Return costs are borne by the customer;

(2) Before any return, you must contact and inform BLANLAC of the return by email to info@blanlac.com;

(3) Returned items are unused, unchanged, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached;

(4) Returned items are in their original packaging (shoebox);

(5) Returned items are sent in one package. If the original packaging is too damaged, you can use your own reinforced packaging.

In case of non-compliance with these instructions, the item(s) returned will be considered incompatible with our return policy and will not be refunded. BLANLAC reserves the right to refuse items from the same order if they are returned at different times or if the products are damaged.

If the return is made according to the conditions mentioned above, BLANLAC will reimburse any amount already invoiced upon receipt of the articles.

BLANLAC will not assume any responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation in the event of loss, theft, improper handling or damage to return packages.

 

BONÂME

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

- 15 to 20 days: including 2 weeks for manufacturing then 3 to 5 days for delivery.

Prices:

Delivery is made in France only. The costs amount to € 10.

Returns:

Exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods if manufacturing defect or non-conforming item. No return will be accepted if the item returns damaged, degraded, unstitched, stained or washed.

 

Céline Robert

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

- 3 to 5 business days.

Prices: 

Delivery costs amount to € 8 in France and € 15 abroad.

Returns:

Returns are free and must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The products must be returned complete (labels and accessories included), not worn and in their original packaging. No return will be accepted if the item returns already worn, incomplete, damaged, stained or washed.

 

CINEMAILLES

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

- 2 to 5 working days

This delay is added to the deadline for making your article, which ranges from 3 to 4 weeks.

Prices:

The delivery costs relating to the package are indicated before validation of the order, and amount to € 9.90 in France and € 16.50 in Europe outside France.

 

Returns:

Provided that the product has not been worn and is in its original condition and packaging, you have the legal period of 14 days from receipt to return it. Return costs are borne by the customer.

 

FLORIANE FOSSO

Deliveries:

Approximate times: 

- Order processing in 48 hours then shipping: France 2-3 days / European Union 2-3 days / Rest of the world 5-7 days

Prices:

The delivery costs related to the package are indicated before validation of the order, and amount (depending on the weight of the package) from 5 € to 10 € in France, from 10 € to 20 € in the European Union, from 25 € to 40 € in the rest of the world.

The shipment will be made by carrier or Colissimo. As soon as the shipment is made, the package tracking number will be communicated to the customer.

Returns:

The maximum return period is 15 days, items must be unworn, with their original label and in perfect condition. The customer must make the return at his expense and send the package to the following address:

Deliveries:

Returns:

Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the order. They are free in mainland France. Only items that are unworn, unstained, complete and in their original condition may be subject to return. Any return of worn, stained, damaged or incomplete items will be refused.

In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you can return to Guiv any product that does not give you full satisfaction within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the product ordered on the site www.dressologie.com.

(1) Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

(2) Before any return, you must contact and inform Guiv of the return by email at contact@guiv.fr. Any return of goods must be the subject of a written agreement between Guiv and the customer. Any goods returned without this agreement will be made available to the customer and will not give rise to the establishment of a credit note.

(3) Only items that are unworn, unstained, complete and in their original condition may be returned. Any return of worn, stained, damaged or incomplete items will be refused.

 

LE PARAPLUITIER

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

7 to 21 business days depending on the destination.

 

Prices:

- From €13,80 to €48,90 depending on the destination.   

Returns:

In accordance with the legislation, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to make a return. The customer must inform Le Parapluitier by email at bonjour@leparapluitier.com and return the purchased product to the following address:

The Customer must bear the cost of returning the products.

The Products must be returned in their original form, that is to say without having been used, damaged, and without their merchantability having been compromised. The Parapluitier will not accept returns of opened, unpacked, damaged or used Products.

Once the product has been received and in compliant condition, the customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the sale of the product.

 

 

LOUISE DAGORNE

Deliveries:

In France and abroad

Delivery is made by post at the buyer's expense to the address provided by the buyer.

The risks relating to the products are transferred to the buyer upon delivery. Thus, the products always travel at the buyer's risk and remain so until the complete transfer of ownership to him.

Abroad

The goods are sold according to the Incoterm EXW (Incoterms 2010, by CCI n°715 EF).

In all cases, unless expressly agreed between the parties, “LOUISE DAGORNE” COMPANY reserves the right to make partial deliveries giving rise to separate invoicing, in particular in the event of payment difficulties on the part of the buyer, the latter being able to refuse these successive deliveries or delay payment.

The delivery time is fixed in relation to the time indicated in the order.

Returns:

The Customer exercises his right of withdrawal by returning the product to Atelier LOUISE DAGORNE, the shipping costs remaining at his expense.

The return will only be accepted if the product has not been unpacked / used / worn.

Returned products must be accompanied by their original packaging.

All returns must be reported and preceded by the prior agreement of LOUISE DAGORNE. Returns must imperatively be sent to:

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

- 15 days in total for the manufacture and delivery of the items.

Prices:

Shipping costs are free from 150 € of purchases. Below € 150 purchase, they amount to € 5.95 in France, € 12.55 in the European Union, € 17 in Europe outside the EU and € 24.85 internationally.

Returns:

Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the order. They are free in mainland France. Only items that are unworn, unstained, complete and in their original condition may be subject to return. Any return of worn, stained, damaged or incomplete items will be refused.

 

MYMIMU

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

2 to 7 business days depending on the destination. Deliveries in Europe only.

Prices:

- € 20 in Europe.

Returns:

Returns costs are paid by the customer and must be made within 14 days of receipt of the products.

The products must be returned complete (labels and accessories included), not worn and in their original packaging.

No return will be accepted if the item returns already worn, incomplete, damaged, stained or washed.

 

NIMBOO

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

7 to 12 days depending on the destination.

Prices:

- € 15 to € 22 depending on the destination.

Returns:

Nimboo accepts returns for all full-priced items purchased online for either a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Full priced items can be exchanged as well, without incurring any charges, within this period of time.

Please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition, unworn, unwashed, without alterations with all their tags intact. For very return made on Nimboo, the delivery note should be shared at the time of making a return.

The refund for your return can be issued in the form of cash, refunded to the account from where the purchase was made, or in the form of a credit note that can be redeemed at Nimboo for upto one year.

In case of receipt of a damaged article, the customer must inform the customer service on the day of receipt of the package. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty.

Freight charges will be borne by the customer. For purchases shipped internationally, Nimboo offers a refund or exchange as well but charge import taxes or tariffs, customs fees, or other charges that may apply outside the charge of the product, will have to be borne by the customer and Nimboo will not held liable for the same.

 

PAOLI MADE IN ITALY

 

Delivery :

Delivery times can be between 2 and 10 days depending on the geographical area.

Shipping costs are at the customer's expense and vary according to the geographical area:

France : 10 euros

EU outside France: 22 euros

United Kingdom: 22 euros

Switzerland: 30 euros

Rest of Europe outside the EU: 38 euros

Middle East: 38 euros

 

Right of withdrawal and return :

The Customer is free to exercise his right of return by written communication sent to info@paolimadeinitaly.com 15 working days, and to return the product within 16 working days of receipt of the order.

After the above-mentioned written communication, the Customer must download the return form and fill it in. This form must be attached to the packaging to be returned.

Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging, with labels and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been used or damaged.

If the above conditions are met, PAOLI will refund the amount.

RETURN TRANSPORT COSTS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

The customer has a legal obligation to take care of the items while they are in his possession. If the customer does not comply with this obligation, his right to a refund may be affected.

The customer must also enclose the return slip and receipt.

If the above conditions are not respected, PAOLI may refuse returns and not proceed with a refund; damaged returned products will not be refunded.

In case of acceptance, the refund will be made within 30 days from receipt of the returned products by PAOLI in the same way as the order was paid.

To receive a full refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment :

- All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date ;

- Merchandise must be unworn, in good selling condition with tags attached;

- The merchandise must not be altered.

Products cannot be returned after 16 days.

Please note that even for exchange, products must be unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged. All returns must include the original packaging: all boxes, bags and other packaging materials.

Exceptions :

The right of withdrawal will not be accepted for products that are specifically manufactured or personalised for the customer. If the Customer finds a lack of conformity or a hidden defect in the Products, he must immediately inform the Seller.

Personalised or customised Products cannot be reimbursed.

 

PETRUSSE

Delivery :

Your package will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Additional delivery times are those practiced by our carrier (2 to 8 days depending on the country of delivery). The Petrusse company cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery by the carrier. In addition, any defect or delay of delivery exceeding eight working days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible.

You must then contact Customer Service by e-mail at hello@petrusse.com or by telephone on +33 (0)5 56 31 74 74, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 10am to 6pm. In case of non-conformity of the Products purchased or if they do not give you satisfaction, you can return them or ask for an exchange or refund under the conditions provided in articles 10 "Right of withdrawal" and 11 "Terms of return, exchange and refund" of the general conditions of sales of the company Petrusse.

Returns - exchanges - refunds :

You have the possibility to return or exchange any product ordered on the Petrusse.com site which does not correspond to your expectations within 14 clear days following the date of delivery, under the following conditions: The products must be returned with their purchase invoice, or a copy in case of partial return, in their condition and in their original packaging, to the following address:

Petrusse will not be responsible in case of loss, wrong address or delay in delivery of a product that you wish to return to the Petrusse.com site, insofar as the risks of the transport that you choose and that you initiate lie with you alone.

 

PHI 1.618

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

- France: 2-5 working days

- International: 3-10 working days

Prices:

The delivery costs relating to the package are indicated before validation of the order, and amount from 9.45 € to 49 € depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.

Returns:

Provided that the product has not been worn and is in its original condition and packaging, you will benefit, according to your choice, from a refund or a credit from PHI 1.618.

In case you want the same product in a different and available color, PHI 1.618 will proceed to an immediate exchange (upon receipt of the return) and return your new choice to you without delivery costs.

Free returns in France. Returns are at the expense of the client abroad.

 

REV SOCIETY

Deliveries:

Approximate times:

2 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

Prices:

- Free for France, € 4 in Europe and € 6 for the rest of the world.

Returns:

You have 21 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging perfectly intact. Please contact hello@rev-society.com before proceeding with any return so that your return is taken into account.

The return package must include the QR Code which will have been sent to you beforehand by e-mail. It must be dropped off at a post office no later than 21 days after receipt of the order (postmark as proof).

If the QR Code provided by e-mail is not in your return package, REV Society will not be able to exchange the product or refund it.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 SWEET MELLOW

Deliveries :

Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, Sweet Mellow takes all precautions to ensure that its parcels arrive in perfect condition. This being the case, the Customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered, and to make any reservations on the carrier's delivery note.

Delivery times practiced by our transport partners:

Delivery by Colissimo: minimum 72 hours and maximum 15 working days.

Delivery by Mondial Relay: minimum 72 hours and maximum 15 working days.

International delivery: 9 working days.

Packages are delivered according to your choice:

Home delivery by the Post Office: Delivery directly to a letterbox if the size of the parcel allows it, if its size does not allow it to be delivered to a letterbox, a notice is left in the letterbox. The parcel will be kept at the nearest post office to the delivery address for 10 working days.

Delivery in Relay Point: The parcel delivered by Mondia Relay is kept 14 calendar days (or 10 working days) in the chosen relay. The Customer will be notified by email or by Sweet Mellow as soon as the parcel arrives at the relay point.

International delivery: In person and against signature. In the event of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel (no guardian,...), your postman will leave a delivery notice mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation of proof of identity.

Delivery in the following countries : Metropolitan France - Germany - Belgium - Spain - Italy - Luxembourg - Portugal - United Kingdom - Netherlands - Ireland. Delivery in French overseas departments is not available.

Prices:

Delivery is free to metropolitan France for all orders over 100€. For other parcels the prices charged are as follows:

Colissimo France: 6.60 euros.

Colissimo Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 9.5 euros.

Colissimo Zone 2: Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy: 11 euros.

Mondial Relay France/Belgium/Luxembourg 4.60 euros. 5 working days.

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer will check the conformity of the Products received in execution of his order. The Customer must directly communicate his/her reservations in writing to Sweet Mellow's consumer service department by e-mail at the following address: info@sweetmellow.fr, within 15 calendar days following receipt of the Products.

Unless there is a legitimate reason, any claim made beyond the 15 calendar day period will be considered inadmissible and Sweet Mellow cannot be held responsible.

TREATMENT OF PARCELS NOT DELIVERED BY OUR TRANSPORT SERVICE PROVIDER

These are packages that have not been delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons: NPAI, unclaimed, refused, transport damage, spoliation...

Returns due to NPAI:

These are parcels returned by the delivery service provider under the indication: Does not live at the address indicated. After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, Sweet Mellow will contact the Customer in order to return the order (postage paid by the Customer) if the product is still available or to proceed with the reimbursement of the order according to the Customer's wishes. Sweet Mellow reserves the right to proceed with the reimbursement of the order and not with its return in the event that several NPAIs are identified.

Returns due to "NON-REFUNDABLE":

These are parcels that have not been claimed by the customer at the post office, or at the relay point within the specified time limit. After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, Sweet Mellow will contact the customer in order to return the order (postage paid by the customer) if the product is still available or to proceed with the refund of the order according to the customer's wishes. Sweet Mellow reserves the right to proceed with the reimbursement of the order and not with its return in the event that several "NON-REFUNDS"

Returns due to "REFUSAL":

You have refused your parcel at the time of delivery. After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, a voucher will be credited within 72 hours of receipt of your package. You can request the cancellation of your voucher and its reimbursement. In case of return of a package due to "NPAI", "NON CLAIM", or "REFUSAL", Sweet Mellow does not guarantee the reservation of the items ordered and may be required to refund the order if the product(s) are not available.

Returns and exchanges :

The individual Customer has a right of retraction, which can be exercised without reason, within FIFTEEN (15) clear days from the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning the new products. All products returned by the Customer, whether under the right of retraction or the satisfied or reimbursed guarantee, must not have been used, damaged, soiled or washed by the Customer. They must be returned complete, with their plastic bags and label in appropriate packaging and accompanied by the return form (to be filled in online and printed by going to the customer account, "My orders" section).

In France SWEET MELLOW will pay for the return and exchange costs (for a first exchange only) by sending you a "Colissimo Suivi" label. Internationally (outside France) and if several exchanges are made, the shipping costs are at the customer's charge.

Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, soiled or that lack packaging, labels or cleanliness will not be accepted.

In case of abnormal or abusive returns, Sweet Mellow may refuse to validate a subsequent order.

Concerning returns for reimbursement, Sweet Mellow will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, after deduction of any shipping costs. Refunds of products will be made by Sweet Mellow within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt by Sweet Mellow of said products. Refunds will be made according to the same method of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of his/her order or by the delivery of a purchase voucher.
